So today a big African-American male about 220 lbs, 6’2”, came into the store today and wanted to pay for a few pairs of shoes for his baby mama. He brought up a total of 6 pairs of shoes to the counter. My co worker, this Vietnamese/African-American girl, started to ring him up and he said this, “Can I tell you that you look beautiful without flirting?” That is probably one of the nicest things I’ve ever heard, even if it’s not directed towards me. The really odd part about it is that his occupation isn’t one of the most morally right things to do. I’ll be straight forward, he’s a Pimp. It just really goes to show that some guys can be really genuine deep down inside regardless of their exterior.
