Often times we’re better, emotionally, than we think we are. When something as simple as a loss of death or a relationship that has come to an end, we automatically pity ourselves and build our own pessimistic mood without even realizing it. One loss, big or small, life will go on. There are other things to worry about and to be thankful for. For the most part, we are in control of our emotions. We’re the one’s who allow certain things to get to us and let in either negativity or positivity. It’s our brain that’s supposed to act as a filter for our hearts. Some people just don’t realize it’s mind over matter. It’s always been that way. Move on an be happy. It’s simple and it’s healthy.
